Certifications

All lead coaches are certified personal trainers, certified within various personal training programs. Also CPR/AED certified.

Assistant coaches have several years of personal experience and work together with a certified trainer

All Interns work under the direction of a certified trainer

Dr. Laurie and Mimi have trauma certifications. All other coaches and coaching assistants receive trauma training to understand trauma and the brain and how to effectively regulate trauma through fitness activities and coaching/mentoring styles

Insurance

We are insured as a company for general and professional liability. Individual coaches have personal general and professional liability insurance.

About Sales

Sizing: 

We cater to boys and male youth, therefore there are children’s and adult sizes. Please see the relevant sizing guide for approximate measurements for each size. Where indicated, adult sizes are specified for men vs women. Other adult sizing are unisex, running larger than women’s sizes.

What is the timeframe for ordering? 

We will begin processing your order within 1-2 business days of receipt. The entire process from receipt to shipping may take 7-10 business days.

What are your shipping details?

We ship through USPS from Charlotte, NC. Normal shipping takes 3-5 days once the order is processed and shipped. There may still be some delays due to COVID-19. We, therefore, provide you with tracking details once your package is shipped.
